Fr. Peter Coffey, SDB, CC Tel. (01) 465 0707 Peter was born in 1939, a proud son of the green, white and gold of Offaly. Peter joined the Salesian Order in 1958 and ten years later was ordained to the priesthood. Peter graduated from the Salesian University in Rome. He spent 16 years teaching in secondary schools in Hong Kong and Macau. He also worked for 10 years in childcare, first in Finglas children's centre and later in Oberstown and Trinity House in Lusk in north Co. Dublin. After this he spent 6 years as Chaplain to Warrenstown College in Co. Meath. Peter is now presently Curate in St Agnes', Crumlin. |
