Parish Council Update:
Our New Parish Council has been up and running since February 2009.
The members of the Council are:-
Priests:  Fr John Deasy - President of the Council, Fr Peter Coffey and Fr Michael Kelly.
Lay Members: Richard McDermott, Chairperson, John McCormack Avenue; Pat Dunn, Secretary, Fernvale Drive; Anne Maher, Dangan Park; Una Sullivan, Dowland Rd; Teresa Bolger, Cherryfield  Avenue; Gerry Cully, Stanaway Avenue; Joe Keegan, Cherryfield Rd. (who was chairperson of the previous Council)

Items discussed at recent meetings included: The Murphy Report, the Year of Evangelisation, Team Ministry Report,  Planning further celebrations for our 75th Anniversary this year.

If any Parishioner would care to raise an issue, please write to the Secretary of the Parish Pastoral Council at the Parish Office.
The times ahead will be challenging for the Church in the Parish and the Church in Ireland. Within the Parish there are important events to be planned and celebrated.
