Reminder of new Mass times 2012 . . . .   Sat (& Holyday) vigil at 7.00pm; Sunday / Holy at  9.30 am, 11.00 am, 12.30 am (Sunday only) & 7.0 pm.  Weekdays at 9.00 am, 10.00 am and 7.00 pm.  Please note that he 8.00 am weekday Mass has been discontinued.  RADIO-LINK: Radios are available from the Parish Office for those who are housebound to listen to Mass broadcast from St Agnes.  The cost is €20 including batteries.  Please contact the Parish Office  @ 455 5368 for more information.

OKLAHOMA!

Save the date. Rehearsals are well underway now for the four performances of OKLAHOMA! in St Agnes' Primary School Hall on Sat March 24th, 3pm and 7:30pm and Sun March 25th, 3pm and 7:30pm. All tickets will be €6. Seats will be numbered by rows, so advance booking will be worth it!  Tickets will be on sale from 1st March. Ring the date on the calendar to enjoy a wonderful show on stage in the heart of Crumlin directed by Eimear O'Grady with a live orchestra. It's going to be amazing - please tell all your friends!

 
Catholic Schools Week

Catholic Schools Week runs from January 29th to February 5th. This year’s Theme is “Catholic Schools: Christ’s Living Body active in our world.” Resources are available on the Catholic Bishops Website, www.catholicbishops.ie  and a link to the site is available on the Diocesan Website (notice board section).

 
Eucharistic Ministers Rosters

ROSTERS for Eucharistic Ministers for the month of February are available after Mass in the Sacristy.  If you are unavailable for any rostered duty please arrange a replacement. Any Minister who is present at the 7.00pm Mass on Sunday is asked to assist when necessary. Any Minister that is not included on this roster who wish to administer Holy Communion are asked to complete the form indicating their available times.  This form is also available in the Sacristy after Mass.

GARDA VETTING: Eucharistic Ministers and others involved in Church Ministry who have yet to complete a Garda Vetting Form are asked to do so and return to Fr. Paul as soon as possible.  These forms are available in the Sacristy.

The Annual Collection for ACCORD. This is the Diocesan Agency for Marriage and the Family, will be made at all Masses next weekend 11th & 12th of February 2012. The Collection for ACCORD will replace the usual SHARE collection. ACCORD Dublin throughout the diocese offers  Marriage preparation courses, Counselling for couples and individuals experiencing difficulties in their relationships, Marital Sexual Therapy, A Relationship & Sexuality Programme in Schools.

DMAP

Disability Mainstream Access Project (DMAP):  Spaces open for Integrated Gardening Group. Venue: Pearse College Allotments, Crumlin. We are presently organising an integrated gardening group.  This group, which will be facilitated weekly by a gardening expert, is open to young and old, able bodied and disabled people alike. All you need is a warm set of clothes and a good pair of gloves. While the Gardening group isn’t due to begin the seeding process in earnest until April, work will begin clearing two raised beds at Pearce College Allotments.  If you are interested in joining in, at any stage, please contact us. World Day of the Sick: The Diocesan celebration of the 20th World Day of the Sick will be held in Our Lady of Good Counsel Church, Mourne Road, Drimnagh on Sunday 5th Feb at 3pm. Archbishop Martin will be the main celebrant at Mass which will include a celebration of the Sacrament of the Anointing of the Sick.  All are welcome to attend especially those who are sick or housebound and their families and carers.   Extensive parking will be available in the school grounds on Sperrin Road, beside the church.
